The service is available for all registered IQOS and lil devices purchased until June 2, 2025. and exclusively for IQOS ILUMA i PRIME devices purchased after June 2, 2025, if they are registered within 30 days of purchase.

The delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, but due to an increased number of orders during this period, slight delays may occur. We are doing everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Delivery is free for orders above 19 €.
