If you register your IQOS device within 30 days of purchase, you'll get an additional year of warranty.* If you buy your IQOS device here in IQOS web shop, your device will register automatically.

The service is available for all registered IQOS and lil devices purchased until June 2, 2025. and exclusively for IQOS ILUMA i PRIME devices purchased after June 2, 2025, if they are registered within 30 days of purchase.

Delivery and return
Your package will arrive within 3 to 5 business days after the order. Shipping is free for orders over 19 €.
IQOS is intended for adult users of tobacco or nicotine products. If you decide to order a product on our web shop, we will contact you to verify your legal age after placing the order, and before delivering the product, in case we have not already confirmed your legal age. This is one of the measures we implement in order to prevent the availability of the mentioned products to minors.
And if you change your mind, you can return the order within 30 days from the day of delivery.

Make the most of your Holder's battery with Eco Mode or Performance Mode. Prolong your holder battery lifespan by up to one year*** or get up to 3 consecutive uses****.
Auto Start
Heating starts automatically when you insert the tobacco stick specially designed for IQOS ILUMA devices.
*Only available in Performance Mode, during the first 3 minutes or 8 puffs of the the use. When pause is activated, Performance Mode gives you up to two consecutive uses and pause is available only for one of the them.
**FlexPuff activation and number of puffs depend on individual usage patterns, thus extended experience might not apply to all experiences. FlexPuff does not activate when pause is used.
***Only when fully used on Eco Mode throughout the lifespan of the holder and may vary depending on personal consumption.
****Only available in Performance Mode when pause is not activated.
